Ntombi is Amazing. She is thorough and understands her customers needs and skin types intricately. She takes her time and ensures her customers are safe and comfortable with their treatments. I have extremely sensitive skin and I always worry with treatments however with Ntombi and her knowledge of the products and personalized relationship I am always very comfortable and relaxed with her. UPDATE: Candice spoke to me and organised a free redo for my mom and I with their more experienced nail techs - thank you! We had a much better experience the second time around and are both very happy with our nails. I would go back and recommend them to friends 😊🌟 -- The technicians and other staff are lovely, I'm just very disappointed with the quality of work I got for the price (R570). I booked 2 gel manicures for my mom and I yesterday - she got a plain manicure and I was really excited to get a french. My manicurist wanted to try a fancier design, which I said no to at first but she insisted on just one nail. The thing is that even the normal french tips are wobbly and uneven, and the two hands look like they were done by different people. I was cut by the file, and my mom has a sore and swollen finger today from the cuticle trimming, which is very concerning. Finally, my manicure ended up being closer to just a gel application as we ran out of time and didn't get to do the hand scrub or even get any hand cream - the rest of the staff had closed up their stations and were standing at the front desk waiting to leave.
